Residency & Internships
Residency
This 11–month journey is crafted for young adults who are hungry to grow, lead, and make an eternal difference. Through a customized development plan, hands-on ministry experience, and life-shaping mentoring, residents are unleashed to step boldly into their calling and lead with lasting impact in the church and beyond.
Internships
A summer experience designed for college-aged students who want to discover their ministry calling and step into real-world church experience. As an intern, you’ll be challenged to grow deeper in your faith, sharpen your leadership, and develop ministry skills while serving shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced leaders who will invest in you and help unleash your potential.
