The Southeast Residency is an 11-month ministry experience designed to equip young adults for impactful leadership in the local church. Residents step into meaningful leadership roles within a ministry team, receive intentional one-on-one mentoring, and grow in a transformative community committed to spiritual and personal development. Throughout the year, residents are challenged and encouraged to deepen their character, sharpen their calling, and live from an unshakeable identity rooted in Jesus.

The Southeast Internship is a 10-week summer internship for college-age adults who will serve as part of a ministry team at Southeast Christian Church. This immersive experience includes valuable ministry leadership training and hands-on opportunities that equip interns for impactful service. A key part of the internship will involve supporting Southeast’s summer camp ministry — including preparation, on-site camp engagement, and post-camp follow-up — while also contributing to broader church ministry efforts.

SEND Ministry of Southeast Christian Church is a comprehensive development program designed to equip and SEND college students who feel called to full-time ministry within the local church. Through mentorship, spiritual development, and financial support, SEND helps students grow in their calling while they pursue a ministry-related degree at a Christian college or university. SEND scholarships ease financial burdens; the program exists to remove obstacles and invest deeply in the next generation of full force ministry leaders.

Eligibility requirements:

  • An undergraduate student pursuing a calling to full time vocational ministry 
  • Plan to work within the local church following graduation
  • Are actively engaged members at Southeast 
  • Are attending a committee-approved Bible College or Christian University
  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Bible or ministry specific major
  • Must maintain a 3.0 GPA (in progress)
