What ages can participate?
All ages are welcome. Children under 5 don't need a registered spot, and minors 14+ may serve without a guardian. Families and groups can serve together at the same station while spots last.
Do I need experience or special skills?
No prior experience is needed for most roles. Coaching is provided on-site and we'll help match you to the right station when you arrive.
Is there physical work involved?
Most roles are light and approachable for every generation. The Logistics & Heavy Lift role does involve some heavy lifting, but Packers and other roles are easy on the body.
Can my family or small group serve together?
Yes. Register as a family or small group and you can serve side by side at the same station while spots last.
Where do the meals actually go?
About 300,000 meals stay local through trusted Louisville-area care & poverty alleviation partners. The remaining 1.7 million travel worldwide through our global missions partners.
What should I wear?
