The power of stories

Jesus understood the power stories have to connect with our hearts. He used stories like that of the Prodigal Son to reveal God’s grace and the Good Samaritan to illustrate the meaning of loving our neighbor. Today, movies are a primary way that our culture tells stories. That’s why we’re so passionate about the At the Movies series…because by using the storytelling of Hollywood, we can better see God’s story playing out in our own lives.
